How to install and debug a target flow switch?

Target flow switches use target-type sensors. They can be used for flow control or alarm purposes in water cooling systems or lubricating oil systems. When installing and debugging target flow switches, be sure to follow the specified requirements. Today, let's specifically introduce how to install a target flow switch.
For the installation and debugging of the target flow switch, follow the flow parameters of the controlled medium and select the target listed in the basic parameter table for operation. Installation generally involves four steps:
1. Install the controller with the target onto the threaded interface in the controlled system. The direction of the medium flow must be the same as the direction of the arrow on the housing and perpendicular to the front of the target. There should be a guide tube at the front, and the length of the guide tube should be more than ten times the diameter of the pipe.
2. According to the wiring diagram of the target flow switch, connect the control wires to the terminals or the wires that have been led out; prepare some components for installation, some of which need to be installed on the system's pipes, and some on the system's pipes or three-way interfaces.
After installing the target flow switch, debugging is necessary. Debugging can be performed using the following method:
Open the controller housing and loosen the locknut. When the flow rate of the controlled medium reaches the set value, rotate the screw clockwise until the microswitch actuates, and the lower switching value is set; then rotate the adjusting screw counterclockwise until the microswitch actuates, and the upper switching value is set. After debugging is complete, tighten the locknut and close the housing.
Through the above introduction, we have understood the relevant issues of installation and debugging of the target flow switch. After installing the target flow switch, it is not over yet. Remember to debug it. Even after debugging, it is not foolproof. You still need to adjust it according to the usage.
