Low flow switch

Low-cost miniature variable area flow switch, where the float is controlled by a spring inside the cylindrical measuring tube. The flowing medium pushes the float in the direction of flow. Sealed reed contacts are mounted on the outside of the measuring tube. When the float reaches the reed contact position, the switch closes. As the flow increases, the float continues to move upwards until it reaches the built-in float stop, while still keeping the switch closed, thus ensuring bistable switching functionality at all times. The reed contacts can be adjusted throughout the entire switching range of the instrument.
