Product Description
Main Features
■ No moving parts, long-term stability, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance;
■ The sensor output is a pulse frequency, which is linearly proportional to the actual flow rate of the measured fluid. It has zero drift and excellent stability. Various structural forms are available, including pipe-type and insertion-type flow sensors.
■ High accuracy: typically ±1.0% for liquids and ±1.5% for gases;
■ Wide measurement range, reaching 1:20 within a Reynolds number of 2×104~7×106;
■ Low pressure loss (approximately 1/4~1/2 of an orifice flow meter), an energy-saving flow meter;
■ Flexible installation methods. It can be installed horizontally, vertically, or at various angles depending on the on-site process pipeline;
■ Uses anti-interference circuits and anti-vibration sensor heads, with certain anti-environmental vibration performance.
■ Uses ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology. One 3V 10AH lithium battery can last for more than 5 years.
■ Software corrects the nonlinearity of the instrument coefficient to improve measurement accuracy.
■ Uses EEPROM to protect the cumulative flow from power failure, with protection time exceeding 10 years.
