EB87 Series Magnetic Float Level Switch

EB87 series magnetic float level switch is composed of reed switch and magnetic float. It is based on the principle of buoyancy, and uses the floating ball with magnetic components to drive the reed switch in the corresponding positions in the measuring tube to close or open with the rise and fall of the liquid level, so as to realize the detection and control of the high and low position of the liquid level. It can be configured with up to 8 switches for 8-point detection. Product features

No external power supply is needed and the output contact is passive;

Long service life, stable and reliable operation, simple installation and almost no maintenance;

It is not affected by the physical and chemical state of the measured medium. Such as: dielectric conductivity, dielectric constant, foam, pressure, temperature, evaporation, boiling, bubble influence;

The corresponding materials can be used in various harsh medium environments with density ≥ 0.5g/cm3;

It can detect the interface of two kinds of media with different densities;

Wide application range. The pressure ranges from vacuum to PN160 (PN320 specially), and the temperature ranges from - 40 ℃ to + 150 ℃;

The same liquid level switch can be configured with up to 8 detection points and output switch signals independently;

Explosion proof design, suitable for explosive environment;

Special application design is provided.

Applications

EB87 series magnetic float level switch is made of different materials and can be used in almost all strong and weak corrosion resistant media and non corrosive media. It is suitable for liquid level detection in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, natural gas, power plant, machinery, ship, sewage treatment, pharmaceutical, food, wine industry, etc.
