EB88 Series Magnetic Float Level Gauge

The EB88 magnetic level gauge (sensor) consists of a reed switch, precision resistor, and amplifier-transformer circuit. When the magnetic force lines of the magnetic float act on a certain position of the level sensor, the reed switch in that position closes. The magnetic float follows the changes in liquid level (interface) height, and the amplifier-transformer circuit converts the changes in liquid level (interface) height into a linear 4~20 mADC signal output, achieving the detection and transmission of the liquid level (interface) position signal. The EB88 series magnetic level gauge (sensor) uses high-quality sensing elements and signal converters, and has excellent long-term stability and reliability.

The EB88 series magnetic level gauge (sensor) is widely used in various storage tanks, storage tanks, storage pools, reaction tanks, and fermentation tanks in the petroleum, chemical, oilfield, pharmaceutical, and food industries for measuring and displaying the liquid level, interface of two different media, and transmission in high and low-pressure containers containing liquids, oils, strong and weak acid-base solutions, etc., compatible with materials such as 304, 316L, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni9, 304+PTFE, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2, and PP.
