An oil flow meter is a device used to measure the flow rate of oil. It is now used in many fields, and its many advantages are popular. 1. During the installation of the oil flow meter, ensure that there is no air in the pipeline system; otherwise, the measurement results will be inaccurate. When using it, ensure that the entire system is filled with oil; otherwise, it cannot be used for measurement. Also, do not allow the instrument to withstand pipeline deformation, contraction, expansion, and oscillation.
2. The oil flow meter is a relatively precise instrument. If the gap between the detection elements in the metering chamber is small, larger particles and other substances cannot be allowed to enter, and the instrument cannot be used without a filter installed.
3. Avoid operating the oil flow meter under conditions of large pressure fluctuations or overload impacts. Therefore, during use, open and close the oil filling ball valve and oil filling gun slowly and steadily, and avoid the measured medium from flowing back into the instrument.
4. The oil flow meter cannot exceed the specified pressure range and flow rate range. If it is continuously operated, ensure that the flow rate in the pipeline is within a reasonable range. Pay special attention to the large flow rate, which is specified to adapt to situations such as a sudden increase in flow rate, and is only used for a short time or instantaneously.
