1. The manufacturing material for earth pressure sensors is full stainless steel, utilizing an anti-clogging structural design. They also feature a specially treated robust diaphragm. For the amplification circuit, most components are military-grade, which ensures the long-term stability of the earth pressure sensor.
2. Earth pressure sensors have a very compact structure and an exquisite mechanical force transmission design. During the measurement process, even if the medium contains hard sand particles, it will not damage the isolated flat diaphragm. It can withstand the impact of hard sand particles, making it applicable for measurements in mud, various engineering equipment, petroleum exploration, and water conservancy fields.
3. The manufacturing method for earth pressure sensors is actually very simple. We can adjust components such as its screws, pressure line cover, and pressure line nut as needed. Its housing is welded to the probe. The amplifier circuit board is fixed by a second retaining ring, a second screw, and the pressure line cover. The sealing gasket is between the pressure line cover and the wire, and the washer is between the pressure line nut and the sealing gasket. The third nut is fixed on the pressure line cover, and the steel ball is inside the probe, near the push plate. Such equipment is very simple to operate.
