YT600 Underwater Cleaner

YT-600 Used for reservoir desilting YT-600 is a remotely controlled underwater sludge cleaning robot used to remove sediment (sludge) from various reservoirs. Its powerful marine submersible pump and wide nozzle effectively clean large bottom surfaces. Sediment is pumped through a hose to a selected discharge point or filter. Traditional draining and cleaning, followed by sediment removal, requires the reservoir to be shut down, causing unnecessary inconvenience and potentially leading to cracks and other problems in the reservoir bottom and wall structure. By using YT-600, the reservoir can remain operational during cleaning. YT-600 is currently used in a variety of industrial applications, ranging from mines and seawater desalination plants to cooling towers in processing and other types of industries. YT-600 is easily operated by a single operator. The underwater cleaning robot can be equipped with high-definition cameras and lights for easy operation from the control room. Using this robot reduces cleaning costs and does not affect normal business operations. YT-600 only uses electric motors and contains no hazardous oils or chemicals that could damage the reservoir. The standard product is delivered with a 1.5 kW pump and a 630 mm wide nozzle with built-in fixed brushes. Customized designs for alternative pumps and nozzles are available upon request. This underwater cleaning robot is originally manufactured in Sweden. We can modify the pump capacity and nozzle configuration according to customer needs. The standard product dimensions are 950mm*630mm*900mm (length*width*height). The crawler type is a stainless steel chain sand crawler, and the suction nozzle is specially designed to meet and adapt to the pump selection. On-site users can transport the robot to the work location using a hand truck. In addition to the main YT-600 underwater sludge cleaning robot, we also have various models of cleaning robots suitable for industrial, small and large drinking water pools, reservoirs, sedimentation tanks, etc.
