Product Description
It is designed and manufactured using the principle of tuning fork vibration. It is located at the base of the sensing rod of the tuning fork level switch. A piezoelectric crystal drives the tuning fork rod, and another piezoelectric crystal receives the vibration signal, allowing the vibration signal to circulate and causing the sensing rod to resonate. When material contacts the sensing rod, the vibration signal gradually decreases until resonance stops, at which point the control circuit outputs an electrical contact signal. Due to the natural principle that the sensitivity of the sensing rod gradually weakens from the front to the rear, when the material in the bin accumulates upwards around the bin and touches the base (rear) of the sensing rod or discharges material, no erroneous signal will be generated. The tuning fork generates mechanical vibrations under the excitation of a piezoelectric crystal. This vibration has a certain frequency and amplitude. When the tuning fork is immersed in liquid or solid, the frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork vibration will change. This frequency change is detected by the electronic circuit and outputs a switch signal.
