Medium flange mounting type

The baffle-type flow monitor incorporates a spring valve plate (vane) that rotates eccentrically within a hemispherical cavity. A variable area throttle port is formed between the vane and the hemispherical cavity. This creates a linear relationship between flow rate and vane displacement. The vane indirectly controls the pointer and an adjustable cam, which triggers a microswitch when the flow reaches any selected flow setting. Two switches can be provided simultaneously to achieve high and low flow (or "low-low") thresholds.
