Electromagnetic flow meter

Electromagnetic flow meters utilize Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When a conductive liquid (conductivity > 5μs/cm) flows through the measuring tube, an induced voltage signal is detected by two electrodes installed in its radial direction. This signal is then transmitted to a converter for conversion and ultimately outputs a digital signal, which can be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipes. Examples include tap water, sewage, mud, pulp, various acid, alkali, and salt solutions, and food slurries. Applicable industries include petroleum, chemical, power, mining and metallurgy, water supply and drainage, light industry, and food.

Main Advantages and Features

Advanced intelligent converter with a two-line backlit LCD display window, capable of simultaneously displaying parameters such as instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, flow velocity, and flow percentage. It features a simple four-button operation menu, relay alarm, data storage, self-check and self-diagnosis functions, and can measure bidirectional flow with a wide turndown ratio.

No moving parts inside the transmitter, no pressure loss, sensitive response, can measure instantaneous pulsating flow, unaffected by the temperature, viscosity, or density of the measured medium, with good linearity.

Can be applied in corresponding explosion-proof areas.

Optional integrated or split-type electromagnetic flowmeter.
