The installation of an imported orifice flow meter is very simple; it does not require pressure taps and can be directly connected to a differential pressure transmitter or pressure transmitter for measurement. It can also display the instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the fluid, and is equipped with various communication interfaces.
2. The structural principle of an imported orifice flow meter is that an orifice plate is installed in the pipeline, and pressure measuring tubes are connected on both sides of the orifice plate, respectively connecting to a U-shaped differential pressure gauge. The orifice flow meter is designed based on the throttling effect of the fluid; it increases the flow rate and reduces the pressure, which can be used as a basis for measurement. 3. When using an imported orifice flow meter, first connect the power cord and signal lines. After opening the balancing valve of the stainless steel three-valve group, slowly open the valves at the high and low pressure ends of the orifice plate. After the fluid passes through the orifice flow meter, close the balancing valve of the stainless steel three-valve group.
