To enhance the professional level of operators, we specifically organized this oil flow meters usage training, aiming to enable every operator to skillfully master the operating techniques of oil flow meters, fully leverage their performance advantages, and bring higher efficiency and quality to their work.
The oil flow meter brand we selected is Eletta, a brand with an excellent reputation and outstanding performance in the industry. Eletta oil flow meters are known for their high precision, stability, and reliability, capable of meeting measurement needs under various complex working conditions.
At the beginning of the training, we first introduced the working principle of the Eletta oil flow meter in detail to the operators. This flow meter adopts advanced measurement technology, precisely detecting the fluid's velocity and flow rate through sensors, and converting the data into electrical signal output. Understanding the working principle helps operators better comprehend the flow meter's operating mechanism, enabling them to quickly identify and solve potential problems during actual operation.
Next, we focused on explaining the installation and commissioning methods for the Eletta oil flow meter. Correct installation is a prerequisite for ensuring accurate measurement by the flow meter. Operators need to select an appropriate installation location based on site process conditions and pipeline layout, and strictly follow the installation manual.
