Recently, unauthorized vendors have been using terms like "agent" in online media to advertise and sell Eletta products without authorization from Eletta.
We hereby solemnly declare that Eletta (Beijing) Instruments Co., Ltd. ("our company") is the only wholly-owned subsidiary established by Eletta Flow AB in China. We are the only company authorized by Eletta Flow AB to sell measuring instruments manufactured by Eletta in China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) and provide Chinese users with comprehensive services such as technical support, installation, and maintenance. We are also the only company authorized by Eletta Flow AB to use the Eletta trademark, which is registered in relevant countries worldwide and in China.
We hereby remind all users that since our company and Eletta Flow AB cannot confirm the true source of the "Eletta products" sold by the aforementioned unauthorized vendors, to protect your rights and interests, please contact Eletta (Beijing) Instruments Co., Ltd. Our company assumes no responsibility for any product quality issues or other legal liabilities arising from the use of so-called "Eletta products" obtained through unofficial channels due to misleading false information.
This is a formal statement.
