Traditional cleaning methods require emptying water towers or drinking water reservoirs, followed by manual cleaning or sending divers into the water. Either way, the reservoir goes offline, causing significant disruption to the main water supply system. Emptying reservoirs is time-consuming and can lead to cracks and other issues in the reservoir bottom and wall structures, while manual cleaning requires extensive labor; sending divers into the water poses a risk of water contamination. Our developed and designed underwater cleaning machine can efficiently complete cleaning work without shutting down the reservoir or sending personnel into the water.
Eletta offers various models of cleaning robots, suitable for industrial, small and large drinking water tanks, reservoirs, sedimentation tanks, and other fields.
YT600 Underwater silt removal and cleaning robot for reservoirs
The YT-600 is a remote-controlled underwater silt cleaning robot, used for removing sediment (sludge) from various reservoirs. Its powerful marine submersible pump and wide nozzle can effectively clean large bottom surfaces.
By using YT-600, the reservoir can remain operational during cleaning, and sediment is pumped through a hose to a selected discharge point or filter.
The YT-600 can be easily operated by one person. It can be equipped with an HD camera and lights for convenient operation from the control room. This effectively reduces cleaning costs.
The YT-600 is equipped only with electric motors, free from hazardous oils and chemicals that could damage the reservoir. The standard product comes with a 1.5 kW pump and a 630 mm wide nozzle with a built-in fixed brush. Custom designs for alternative pumps and nozzles are available upon request.
Pump capacity and nozzle configuration can be changed according to customer needs. The standard product dimensions are (length 950 width 630 height 900, unit mm). The track type is a stainless steel chain sand track, and the suction nozzle is specially designed to meet and adapt to the pump selection. On-site users can transport the robot to the working location with a hand cart.
The YT-600 is currently used in a variety of industrial applications, ranging from mines and desalination plants to cooling towers in processing and other types of industries.
VR600 Underwater cleaning robot
Operated via remote control, equipped with a rotating brush and a high-power pump, it can remove sediment and discharge it completely to a specified location, such as a sewer pipe, holding tank, or truck, without causing turbidity in the reservoir.
Equipped with a light source and camera, the device's operation is controlled by a joystick, referring to real-time video on the monitor.
Highly maneuverable, it is compact and can enter most manholes ( The VR-600's width is less than 600mm).
Optional floating cable also available /discharge hose holder, for easy transport and operation
YT-800 Large underwater cleaning robot for sand filters
The YT-800 is an electric remote-controlled submersible robot designed to clean large underwater surfaces, such as the bottom of slow sand filters. Using the YT-800 results in lower costs and does not interfere with the water treatment process.
The YT-800's powerful pump and wide nozzle allow it to clean larger areas in a shorter time. Sediment is transported by the pump through a hose to a designated location. The YT-800 can be easily operated by one person.
The YT-800 only has motors, without chemicals or harmful oils that could endanger the sand filter.
The YT-800 can also be used to remove large amounts of sediment from underwater surfaces.
The YT-800 can be equipped with a fixed underwater camera for convenient remote operation.
CS-600 Reservoir and Water Tower Cleaning
The CS-600 is a system used for cleaning holding tanks in wastewater treatment plants or similar pools containing particles up to 15mm in size. It can be fully submerged in the pool and clean while the pool remains operational.
The onboard camera helps the operator guide the equipment and clearly see the cleaning process. The front rotating brush dislodges sediment and directs it to the pump's inlet.
The CS-600's powerful pump can handle large amounts of sludge and sand. Its specially designed wheel-track system with PVC lining ensures the equipment moves freely in sediment.
The CS-600 can be operated via a cable control box or wireless remote control.
The improved new underwater camera system separates the camera from the light source, enhancing system reliability and ease of maintenance.
The new camera's mounting method ensures users can easily adjust the camera's angle.
