The aluminum enclosure is made of aluminum-silicon (12%) alloy, with an epoxy powder coated surface. Aluminum material has excellent chemical stability, along with impact resistance, heat resistance, sealing, and electromagnetic interference characteristics, and is also easy to recycle.
Customized assembly can be performed according to customer requirements, such as mounting plates, hinges, rails, blanking plugs, terminal blocks, connectors, cable glands, and other electrical components.
Suitable for various electrical equipment in machinery, marine, automotive, food, pharmaceutical, and other industries. For mining, chemical, or special environmental equipment, increased safety explosion-proof junction boxes can be provided.

The enclosure material is made of AISI 1.4301/304 stainless steel, with a thickness of 1.25 or 1.5 mm stainless steel plate, polished (brushed matte finish), 240-grit surface treatment. Standard enclosures are equipped with pre-drilled mounting brackets for easy installation of mounting plates or DIN rails, and can be drilled and flanged along the sides at desired positions.
Widely used in harsh conditions (such as marine environments), food, pharmaceutical, assembly industries, hazardous environments, EMC zones, and control room busbar areas, offering lasting resistance and superiority, especially ideal for the clean environment requirements of food and pharmaceutical facilities.
Customized design and production can be provided for special requirements such as AISI 316 high anti-corrosion stainless steel and explosion-proof features.
