Mechanical Type I

Pipe Sections

The Instrument consists of two parts mainly, i.e. the Pipe Section and the Control Unit. The Pipe Section is the part that is to be mounted in the process pipe and the Control Unit is mounted directly (standard) or remote to the Pipe Section.

Low DP solution for all Classic Models

Eletta is proud to introduce the Low DP feature/solution for all its Classic Models, the V, S, and the AR Series. Based on extensive customer feedback on preference for Eletta Flow Monitors, but certain applications inability to permit a pressure loss above the rather low mark of 50 mbar, we undertook a product enhancement project to fill in this gap. We came up with a Low DP feature/solution for all the Classic models in our product portfolio, the V, the S and the AR Series, for their 1:2 turndown models. Specially built for Low line pressure applications, even gravitational flow or air blowers, the Eletta Classic series

Flow switch type III

The Flow Switch is able to fit small flow and line sizes. These switches work on the principle of variable flow area where the alarm switch point is allowed to bet set at a very low flow and still the switch is capable of handling large flows without creating a large pressure drop

Flow switch IIIa type

Flow switch type IV

The Flow Switch is designed to give an initial alarm at a very low flow and still capable of allowing a high full liquid flow passing through when pumps or valves are activated by the micro switch. This is since the Flow Switch is de-signed with a variable flow passage area which increases as the liquid flow rate increases. It is also equipped with an internal rubber diaphragm to make the switch even more sensitive atlow liquid flows.

Low Flow Switch

Low cost micro variable area flow switch. The float is controlled by a spring in a cylindrical measuring tube. The passing medium pushes the float in the di-rection of flow. The reed contacts on the outside of the measuring tube are sealed. When the float reaches the reed contact, the switch closes. When the flow increases, the float continues to move upward until the built-in float baffle, while keeping the switch closed, thus ensuring that the function of the bistable switch can be realized at any time. Reed contact can be adjusted in all switching range of the instrument.

Electromagnetic Flowmeter

Electromagnetic flowmeter adopts Faraday law of electromagnetic induction, which can be used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquid and slurry in a closed pipe. Such as tap water, sewage, mud, paper pulp, acid, alkali, salt solution, food slurry, etc. It is applicable to petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, mining, water supply and drainage, light industry, food and other departments.
